"Little Warm Thoughts in the Big Apple" is located at the border of Rego Park and Forest Hill in Queens Borough (the green area in the map) in New York City. Before early 20th century, most of the area are still farm lands. Today, the area combines green lands, residential areas, and modern shopping centers that offer good quality living.
The Studio/Room
"Little Warm Thoughts in the Big Apple" is a studio (around 400 square feet) located on the 11th floor of a 12 floor building. The studio is offered to one set of customers each time, providing excellent comfort, independent space and privacy. Enjoy the natural light during day time and excellent Manhattan view at night! The studio has wood floor (except the kitchen and bathroom which have tiles), presenting a natural and soothing feeling. Fee (US $) :
1 person: $75/night, 2 people: $95/night; 3 people: $125/night. (minimum of 3 nights)Discount available if staying for two weeks or more; please email us for monthly rental.
The fee includes use of the kitchen and unlimited a/c, heating, water, electricity and internet. Please pay 50% of the fee once the reservation is confirmed to hold the space. Please pay the rest of the fee and an extra $100 deposit when you check-in. The deposit is refundable at check out assuming that nothing is broken. Your payment is nonrefundable if you need to check out early at the last minute. Laundry facility is available at the basement of the building; $1.50/each time for laundry; $1.00/each time for drying.

"大蘋果小巧意" 是一間套房, 位於十二樓層大樓中的第十一樓, 光線明亮, 晚上可以遠望曼哈頓的夜景喔. 約四百呎 (近十二坪), 浴室和廚房為瓷磚地板外, 整個空間是木板, 有自然溫馨的感覺.
費用 (美金)
一人: 每晚$75，二人: 每晚$95，三人: 每晚$125。(至少三晚)住宿未滿14天, 照以上價格.
住滿十四天以上有優惠折扣, 月租享有折扣, 請來信洽詢.
* 費用包括冷暖氣與水電以及上網(internet)無限供應，以及廚房的使用。廚房僅限輕食烹飪(light cooking), 以維護住宿的環境和品質。
* 確認可以訂房後，請預付50%的費用，收到50%的費用, 才完成住房的保留. 抵達紐約到民宿 時，請付清其餘50%以及額外的$100押金。退房時，若沒有損壞民宿環境與用品，將退還押金。
* 住進民宿後, 若因故需要提早退房，恕不退款，請您見諒。
* 住進民宿時，將請您填寫簡單的住宿登記資料。
* 洗衣機和烘衣機位於大樓的地下室，洗衣服每次$1.50, 烘衣服每次$1.00(有單次性的小包天然洗衣粉可以買)。
* 請勿攜帶寵物, 禁止抽菸酗酒,轟趴吸毒等。
* 非住宿者請勿進入, 若有非住宿者在民宿過夜, 將每人收一百元。
* 請事先告知抵達的時間, 並預約check-in的時間, 敬請準時抵達民宿, 遲到者無法久候, 敬請見諒。
機場接送和代辦手機:
